- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a strong believer in a holistic and preventative approach to health and I was so relieved and excited to find Peninsula Holistic as their approach is exactly what I was looking for. I have learnt so much more about my health and how to manage it since I commenced there as a patient. After following my doctor's advice I have made a few small dietary changes and its amazing how much more energy I have and my sleep is so much better also (which is amazing as I have been a poor sleeper for decades).
